If you follow President Obama on Twitter, you're likely aware that his @BarackObama account is run by the White House staff. But on Friday, his campaign posted a message from the account that said the #Obama2012 staff would manage the account now, and that the president himself would actually send out messages which will be signed "-BO." In the past, the president's Twitter account has been updated once a day on average, but it looks like that's about to change. A staff member wrote on BarackObama.com that the reason for the change is to keep his supporters up to date on the daily goings-on in his campaign, and to engage with the American people.
