Nouman Raja, the plainclothes officer who shot and killed Florida musician Corey Jones while he was in his car, has been fired, according to the City of Palm Beach Gardens. There is a criminal investigation into the Oct. 18 shooting, which allegedly occurred after Raja approached Jones, who was waiting for roadside assistance after his car broke down.
