The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service said it will need to spend nearly $4 million to restore the Oregon wildlife refuge that was occupied by armed ranchers late last year. The federal government will use industrial vacuums and a large supply of cleaning products to repair damage, remove debris, and build upgrades to the facilities at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.
