A female suicide bomber killed more than 40 people Saturday in an attack near Pakistan's border with Afghanistan. It is believed to be the first suicide bombing in Pakistan by a woman. The blast comes only a day after 150 militants were killed in a neighboring regions in a fight between insurgents and the military. The victims of the attacker were gathering at a food distribution center.
