The subtitled dark-comic thriller also earned a Best Director award for Bong Joon-ho. In the top category, it was up against Marriage Story, Ford v Ferrari, Jojo Rabbit, The Irishman, Little Women, Joker, 1917, and Once Upon a Time in... Hollywood.
