In newly leaked audio from his attempt at a stand-up comeback from admitted sexual misconduct, comedian Louis C.K. uses his platform to punch down at a younger generation. That includes not only jokes dismissing gender-neutral pronouns, but also verbal attacks on the students who survived 2018’s Parkland, Florida, high-school shooting and went on to become gun-control activists in its wake. “You didn’t got shot, you pushed some fat kid in the way, and now I’ve gotta listen to you talking?” the comedian asks at one point in the set. Fred Guttenberg, the same father of one of that shooting’s victims who confronted Brett Kavanaugh earlier this fall, is not amused. “To anyone who knows Louis CK, please deliver this message for me,” Guttenberg tweeted Monday morning. “My daughter was killed in the Parkland shooting. My son ran from the bullets. My wife and I deal with loss everyday. Why don’t you come to my house and try out your new pathetic jokes?”
