Pat McCrory Concedes in North Carolina Gubernatorial Election

North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory finally conceded to Democratic competitor Roy Cooper in the state’s gubernatorial race, nearly one month after the election. McCrory requested a recount last week, despite the fact that Cooper, currently North Carolina’s attorney general, had already declared victory.
