Says our founding fathers wouldn't stand for this.

The Founding Fathers would never let the government snoop through our electronic data! At least that's what Rand Paul thinks. The senator is so ticked off by the National Security Agency's "extraordinary invasion of privacy" that he plans on taking it to the Supreme Court. First, Paul is going to ask phone and Internet companies to get their millions of customers to sign a class-action lawsuit. Paul said he has no problem with data collection if there's probable cause, but to watch over ordinary Americans just isn't right.
