The Westminster Kennel Club has a new top dog: a Petit Basset Griffon Vendéen named Buddy Holly. It’s the first time the breed has taken top honors in the 147-year existence of the contest. Buddy, who hails from Palm Springs, California, charmed the judges with “his confidence and calm demeanor,” according to CNN.
