Two graduates of a Philadelphia prep school were arrested Monday and charged with being the leaders of a drug-trafficking ring targeting the affluent suburban high schools in the area. Timothy Brooks, 18, of Haverford and Neil Scott, 25, of Villanova are accused of selling marijuana, cocaine, hash, and ecstasy to high-school and college students. According to police, they recruited five local high-school and three college “sub-dealers.” Police also confiscated $11,000 in cash and multiple loaded and ready-to-fire guns, ranging from a 9mm semiautomatic pistol to an AR-15 assault rifle. Seven other adults and two minors are also facing charges.
