A pricy Rolex Submariner that police believe belongs to Hollywood legend Keanu Reeves was finally recovered in South America, according to a local report.
On Saturday, police in Chile raided four homes in the nation’s capital of Santiago, where they say they recovered a number of stolen watches and jewelry, CNN Chile first reported. A 21-year-old man was arrested by police in Santiago in connection with the stolen goods.
At least one of the watches that authorities found has a direct connection to the John Wick star—a Rolex Submariner found during the raid bears an inscription that reads: “2021, JW4, thank you, The John Wick Five.”
The Swiss watch manufacturer sells Submariners, a timepiece once made famous by James Bond star Sean Connery, for over $9,000. Reeves previously gifted his stuntmen engraved Submariners with a similar message for their work on John Wick: Chapter 4, according to GQ.

Intruders wearing ski masks broke into Reeves’ home in the Hollywood Hills in December 2023, but it is currently unclear if the watch was stolen during this heist. Representatives for the Matrix star did not immediately return a request for comment from the Daily Beast.
Reeves’ home has been repeatedly targeted for break-ins over the last few years. The actor even filed a restraining order against an alleged stalker for reportedly trespassing on his Los Angeles property at least six times between November 2022 and January 2023, the Los Angeles Times reported.
During one of the incidents, Reeves’ alleged stalker reportedly brought a DNA testing kit in order to prove he was related to the Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure star.
