Two Kansas mothers who went missing weeks ago may have been executed, according to new reports. Last month, Jillian Kelley and her friend Veronica Butler were driving to pick up Butler’s two children in Eva, Oklahoma, but the women never arrived at their destination. Police discovered their car 1,000 feet off of the Oklahoma State Highway, with the pair nowhere to be found, launching a police investigation across two states with the assistance of the FBI. Sources told NewsNation that the two had been shot, and that there was blood inside the recovered vehicle, as well as pools of blood on the ground beside it. Law enforcement did not confirm the newly reported details. At the time of her disappearance, Butler was going through a custody battle with the father of her children, but it was unclear if this was related to her disappearance. Ten days before she went missing, she filed for more visitation, and was seeking full custody.
