There's been a breakthrough in the Boston bombing case. Law-enforcement officials say they have identified a suspect in video footage from a Lord & Taylor department store. The Boston Globe is reporting similar news, saying that investigators have an image of a suspect carrying a black bag at the second bombing scene. Earlier, CNN and other news organizations reported that a suspect had been arrested, but the Boston Police Department says no arrest has been made. The FBI canceled an 8 p.m. briefing on the investigation Wednesday night.
