After beating the Montreal Canadians 1-0 on Thursday night, the New York Rangers are heading to the Stanley Cup for the first time in 20 years. A goal from Dominic Moore late in the second period put the Ranger’s ahead, and goalkeeping from Henrik Lunqvist kept the Canadians scoreless. The Rangers will face either Los Angeles or Chicago on June 4. The last time the team reached the finals, they went on to win it, led by Mark Messier and Mike Richter against Vancouver.
