Rapper Casanova, whose real name is Caswell Senior, has been arrested by the New York Police Department for allegedly attacking a woman at Good Stuff diner in Greenwich Village. According to police, Senior and two members of his entourage jumped a 23-year-old woman whom they believed was recording them on her phone. The woman was allegedly left unconscious on the floor while the three ran off with her phone. The diner’s surveillance system captured the attack, which police released Wednesday in hopes of getting leads on the identity of the man with Casanova. TMZ reported Casanova surrendered himself to authorities Wednesday morning after denying the allegations on his Instagram on Sunday. No other arrests have been made.
