Los Angeles police searched Chris Brown’s home and found a weapon and drugs in a duffel bag he tossed from a window, TMZ reported Tuesday afternoon. Cops came to the mansion after Brown allegedly threatened a woman with a gun. According to TMZ, the unnamed female called 911 early Tuesday to report the R&B singer had pulled a firearm during a tense argument with her at a home. Later in the morning, according to TMZ, police obtained a warrant to search Brown’s home, along with a SWAT team, in the hopes of finding a gun matching the woman’s description. Brown is believed to still be inside the residence. It is the singer’s most recent run-in with criminal allegations: In June, his former handler accused him of repeatedly beating him; and a fan alleged that Brown deliberately stomped on his head during a concert in Cannes.
In a video posted to Instagram as police descended upon his home, Brown railed against the “fucked-up” allegation against him, and lamented how law-enforcement officials never act this swiftly when he calls to complain about “stalkers” near his home. “I’m innocent. Fuck everybody,” he concluded. “I’m tired of this shit.”
