Report: Jamie Foxx Accused of Striking a Woman With His Penis in 2002

A woman accused actor Jamie Foxx last week of slapping her in the face with his penis in 2002 after she refused to give him oral sex, TMZ reported. Foxx denied the allegation, saying he will file a complaint against the woman with the police department for making false claims, his representative said. The woman said she went to the hospital at the time and reported the allegation to Las Vegas police last week, even though the statute of limitations has passed. “The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story,” Jamie’s attorney, Allison Hart of Lavely & Singer, told TMZ.
