Lawyers investigating sexual-harassment claims at Fox News are now reportedly reviewing allegations against Charles Payne, who hosts a show on Fox Business Network. According to the Los Angeles Times, Payne admitted to having an extramarital affair with a former frequent analyst on the cable channel for three years. The woman, who was not named by the LAT, reportedly contacted the firm investigating the harassment claims and told them she “believed she was eventually blackballed from the network after she ended the affair in 2015 and tried to report Payne to top executives at Fox News,” the newspaper reported. Payne attorney Neal Korval denies that Payne harassed the woman. The network said Payne has been “suspended pending further investigation.”
