An image on the explosive device sent to CNN’s New York offices on Wednesday appears to be a parody of an ISIS flag that circulated in right-wing corners of the web as a meme, NBC News reports. The meme reportedly replaces the Arabic characters of the ISIS flag “with the silhouette of three women in high heels” and replaces the middle inscription with the phrase “Get ’Er Done”—a favorite of standup comedian Larry the Cable Guy. A senior law enforcement official told NBC News the image on the device appears to be mocking the ISIS flag and confirmed the phrase “Get ’Er Done” was on the device. The parody flag was reportedly created in 2014 by World News Bureau, a right wing parody site, and has since been shared on “right-wing websites and forums.” The flag also appears to have the image of a face next to it, but the “identity of the person in that picture is still unknown.” The device sent to CNN’s New York offices was addressed to former CIA director John Brennan. More devices were sent addressed to former President Barack Obama, former secretary of state Hillary Clinton, former attorney general Eric Holder, and billionaire George Soros.
