Ryan Seacrest may be in for a lonely Oscar night as publicists have warned that they’ll tell their clients to steer clear of him at the Academy Awards. The E! red-carpet host has been forced to deny accusations of sexual harassment from his former stylist, Suzie Hardy, who said Seacrest subjected her to unwanted and aggressive advances, including grabbing her vagina and slapping her buttocks. E! confirmed Seacrest will host Sunday night’s red-carpet coverage as usual, despite the allegations. But publicists told Page Six they would tell their clients to stay away from the crisis-hit host, with one saying: “Usually Ryan is the one you want... but there are so many outlets on that carpet. Why risk it? There’s plenty of other places for clients to get the exposure.” Hardy has also hit back at Seacrest’s denial of her allegations, telling Variety: “He is not the victim, and I refuse to let him victimize me for telling the truth.”
