Boris Epshteyn, a top official in the White House press office and one of President Donald Trump’s most noticeable TV surrogates from the campaign, is leaving the administration, according to The New York Times. A senior administration official said it was possible Epshteyn would have a new role inside the administration, but the move is still in the works. The Times reported that Epshteyn, who leads the White House's surrogate operations, became “combative” with TV producers when booking guests.
