Have you heard this one before? Eleven attorneys general say the Obama administration broke the law by making changes to the Affordable Care Act without asking Congress. The Republicans penned a letter to the Department of Health and Human Services on Friday that specifically calls out the edict to let people keep their canceled insurance plans. "We support allowing citizens to keep their health-insurance coverage, but the only way to fix this problem-ridden law is to enact changes lawfully: through congressional action." HHS hasn't responded.
