The Toronto mayor said Sunday that he is “getting professional help,” but he insisted that he is “not an addict.” “I have admitted to using illegal drugs in the last year,” Ford told the Sun News Network in Canada. “Okay, I’ve admitted to drinking too much. Okay, so I’m dealing with it. I am training every day. I’m in the gym two hours every day. I’m seeking professional help.” Ford has been stripped of several of his powers as the mayor of Canada’s largest city after he admitted to smoking crack.
