Is it the end of an era? In a shocking turn of events, former world champion Roger Federer was bounced out of the US Open in the fourth round on Monday by Spain's Tommy Robredo. Robredo won their fourth-round match 7-6(3) 6-3 6-4 at Flushing Meadows. Federer has won a record 17 major championships. "I kind of feel like I beat myself, without taking any credit away from Tommy," Federer said at a press conference. "There's no excuse."
