A federal judge ordered Tuesday that former New York City mayor and Donald Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani must turn over his valuable possessions and control of his Manhattan penthouse to two Georgia election workers he defamed.

Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, who counted ballots in Georgia for the 2020 presidential election, are owed $150 million by Giuliani. They’re also entitled to the $2 million in legal fees Giuliani says the Trump campaign owes him.

The mother and daughter will receive a collection of Giuliani’s luxury items, including a signed Joe DiMaggio jersey, watches that European leaders gave Giuliani after 9/11 and a vintage Mercedes once owned by actress Lauren Bacall. They will also receive Giuliani’s TV, jewelry and furniture. The control of the Manhattan penthouse apartment will be transferred to Freeman and Moss to be sold, potentially for millions of dollars.

Still in dispute are Giuliani’s World Series rings, which Giuliani’s son says his father gave to him, and his Palm Beach condo.

Giuliani was ordered to pay over $16 million to Freeman for defamation, nearly $17 million to Moss for defamation, $20 million a piece for emotional distress and $75 million total in punitive damages. Giuliani has also lost his law license for his false election claims.

The outcome of Giuliani’s defamation case is a concrete result in a barrage of lawsuits surrounding the false claims about the 2020 election. Other lawsuits, like that against Trump, have been slower to conclude.

Freeman and Moss claimed that they suffered emotional and reputational harm, as well as had their safety compromised, when Giuliani singled them out while making false claims about ballot tampering in Georgia.
