Sabra has launched a voluntary recall of more than 30,000 cases of its popular hummus, thanks to fears of possible contamination. No illnesses have been reported yet, and the recall affects mostly the classic variety with “best by” dates of May 11 and 15. A spokesperson said the company learned of possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes on April 7 through routine screening.
