Evidence gathered from the prosecution of accused gang leader Raymond “Shrimp Boy” Chow may implicate a bevy of local and state officials, including San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee. The prosecution is looking into bribery schemes, campaign funds laundering, and state construction contract rigging among other things. Undercover FBI agents named Mayor Lee among the officials who may have been involved, according to a filing Tuesday by Chow’s lawyers in federal court. “He’s trying to get off the trial,” Lee said. “He’s doing anything he can. I have to take it with a grain of salt.”
