Sarah Huckabee Sanders: All Trump Accusers Are ‘Lying’

Asked by Jacqueline Alemany of CBS News on Friday if the “official White House position” is that all of the at least 16 women who have accused Donald Trump sexual harassment or assault are “lying,” press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders did not hesitate with her answer. “Yeah, we’ve been clear on that from the beginning, and the president’s spoken on it,” Sanders said before quickly moving on to call on the next reporter in the briefing room. When President Trump himself was asked about the allegations in a Rose Garden press conference earlier this week he replied, “All I can say is it’s totally fake news. It’s just fake. It’s fake. It’s made-up stuff, and it’s disgraceful, what happens, but that happens in the world of politics.”
