‘Scarface’ Hitman Geno Silva Dies of Dementia at 72

Actor Geno Silva, who had a memorable turn as the hitman who wordlessly whacks Al Pacino in Scarface, died of complications of dementia at his Los Angeles home, The Hollywood Reporter reported. He was 72. Although Silva’s best-known role was The Skull, who took a shotgun to Tony Montana, he had dozens of other credits on the screen, television, and stage.
