Former NBA star Scottie Pippen was detained Monday night at a fight in a Los Angeles restaurant that landed at least one patron in jail. Los Angeles police called the fight a “complex” situation, and said they will need to investigate before they can determine if anyone else should be arrested. Witnesses said Pippen, Michael Jordan’s sidekick on the Chicago Bulls in the ’90s, was one of the combatants in the altercation, which took place at the 22700 block of Pacific Coast Highway at around 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. Pippen was reportedly the aggressor.
