Former White House counterterrorism adviser Sebastian Gorka’s Ford Mustang was spotted parked on an Arlington, Virginia sidewalk on Tuesday. The car, made immediately recognizable by its vanity plates, which spell “ART WAR,” was pictured by a passer-by, who posted the photos on Twitter and noted that Arlington laws prohibit the parking of vehicles on pedestrian sidewalks. An examination by The Daily Beast of prior photos of the vehicle indicates that Gorka, who now advises a group founded by “Pizzagate” conspiracy theorists, drives the 2.3L EcoBoost Mustang, not its more powerful 5.0L V8 GT model, which boasts roughly 125 additional horsepower. According to eyewitness accounts, Gorka has previously experienced difficulty parking his Mustang.
