Secret Service agents reportedly caught a man who threw his backpack over the White House fence and tried to jump it on Friday. The would-be intruder was arrested without incident after trying to make it over around 11:45 p.m. The name of the intruder has yet to be released. The Secret Service has been criticized in the past for doing an inadequate job at preventing these kinds of incidents.
