The husband of Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn filed for a restraining order against her on Tuesday after a wild week in which he was arrested twice, according to TMZ. Christian Dumontet was taken into custody one week ago after his wife claimed he threw a bag containing broken glass at her, but hit their 2 year-old son instead. Dumontet was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, and Quinn was granted a week-long emergency protective order. Within hours of being released, however, he returned to his home with Quinn and was arrested again for violating that order. The next day, it was reported that Quinn was planning to file for divorce. Now, Dumontet is alleging that Quinn filed a false report with the police, fabricating her claims to improve her standing in a divorce proceeding. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Dumontet was angry after his dogs soiled some of his expensive belongings. In a rage, he approached Quinn in their bedroom, who was surrounded with cleaning supplies. In anger, he threw a bag full of soiled rags and paper towels against the wall. Dumontet denied throwing the bag at Quinn, and that it was filled with glass.
