Sen. Graham Goes Off During Kavanaugh Hearing: ‘Most Unethical Sham I've Seen'

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) went off on a blistering rant during Thursday’s Senate Judicial Committee hearing, calling the accusations against nominee Brett Kavanaugh “the most unethical sham I have ever seen in politics.” While defending Kavanaugh, Graham declared that the jurist is as much a “victim” as his accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, who alleged that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her at a house party in the early 1980s. “This is not a job interview, this is hell,” Graham said.
