As Milan’s Fall 2012 Fashion Week kicks off, designers are offering up a vision of aloof beauty and subtle sex appeal. At Gucci’s show, the runway was aflutter with dark feathers, sequins, and sheer fabrics, while Prada celebrated off-kilter patterns, unusual colors and “ugly chic.”
