British singer and TV personality Cilla Black has died in southern Spain at 72. Black, whose real name was Priscilla White, had a career spanning over five decades since she was discovered as a teenager working in the cloakroom at the Cavern Club, where she was spotted by the Beatles and signed by their manager, Brian Epstein. Local police in southern Spain, where Black had a home, say she appears to have died of natural causes.
