Continuing a fad that began in Amsterdam years ago, somebody is going around tipping over Smart Cars in San Francisco, leaving a trail of three flipped on Monday night, as well as a fourth propped up on its rear end. Apparently lacking the necessary cows, vandals have taken to the 1,808-pound eco-friendly two-seaters. “Actually, I thought it was kind of funny… I have lived in San Francisco for 20 years and I am not immune to the insanity that takes place in this city,” said one victim. The pranks are being investigated as acts of felony vandalism.
