South Hit by Rare Snowstorm

Mayor Bloomberg better keep his eye on this one: The southern United States has been hit by a rare snowstorm, with parts of Atlanta getting up to four inches of snow. "We don't have weather events like this," said Atlanta’s mayor. The governors of Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina have all declared states of emergency, while Arkansas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Texas also saw white stuff. Delta canceled 1,400 flights out of Atlanta on Monday.
