SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket successfully launched its robotic Dragon cargo craft to the International Space Station on Tuesday as part of its sixth resupply mission, but failed to land the reusable rocket on the barge it aimed for. SpaceX founder Elon Musk tweeted, “Ascent successful. Dragon enroute to Space Station. Rocket landed on droneship, but too hard for survival.” A Falcon 9 also tried but failed to land on a floating barge in January.
