Lily Allen appears to have confirmed her split from her husband David Harbour after revealing that she has been “spiraling” for months. On her Miss Me? podcast with Miquita Oliver, the English actress and singer, 39, said she was “really not in a good place.” The Daily Mail earlier reported that Allen created an account on the high-profile dating app Raya to see if the Stranger Things star, 49, was looking for love again. The couple first met through the same app and got married in 2020. “I’ve been spiraling and spiraling and spiraling,” Allen said on a Thursday episode of the podcast. “It’s got out of control.” The actress said she has been unable to focus, even on holiday festivities and nights out with her friends. “I can’t concentrate on anything except the pain that I’m going through. It’s really hard,” she said. Allen said her daughters with ex Sam Cooper, 13-year-old Ethel and 11-year-old Marnie, have been her support system. She announced that she would take a break from the show.
