Around the world, cherry blossoms are reaching their peak, outdoor markets are opening for the season, and short shorts are being unpacked and dusted off—spring is finally upon us. It’s that time of year when the weather is too gorgeous to worry about Obama’s new budget or North Korea’s continuing threats. To celebrate, here are some of the best images of the blooming spring.
