Jobs Biopic Coming?

Sony Pictures announced Friday that they are want to acquire the rights to the Steve Jobs’s authorized biography, which has had its release date bumped up to Oct. 24. The biography, written Pulitzer Prize-winner Walter Isaacson, is based on over 40 interviews with the famously-private Apple co-founder himself and over 100 interviews with Jobs family and friends. Jobs died Wednesday at the age of 56 after a long battle with pancreatic neuroendrocrine cancer. His family reportedly held a private funeral on Friday, while millions of Apple fans across kept vigil at the retail stores.
