The man who allegedly sucker punched actor Rick Moranis in New York City has been arrested and charged with felony assault. The NYPD took Marquis Ventura, 35, into custody Saturday. Video of the attack showed Moranis walking down a sidewalk when his assailant struck him, seemingly unprovoked. Moranis, 67, suffered only minor injuries.
