The Target customers whose credit and debit card information was hacked between Nov. 27 and Dec. 15 are not happy. The retailer is already being sued in three separate cases, with damages sought climbing above $5 million, and four states have requested the company turn over information about the breach. The Secret Service is also investigating the incident. Around 40 million credit and debit card accounts were stolen, and many of them have already surfaced on the black market.
