Looks like those anti-union videos worked after all. Workers at a New York Target store voted to reject union representation after a hotly contested campaign that would have marked the first of Target's 1,755 stores to organize. Employees voted against unionization 137 to 85, but both Target and the union have already filed unfair labor practice charges against each other with the National Labor Relations Board. The union accuses Target of threatening to close the store if workers organized.
