Bystanders reported hearing at least three explosions during what appeared to be an anti-terror raid Friday in Brussels; three people were taken into custody, officials say. The police raided the Schaerbeek neighborhood, three days after deadly ISIS attacks killed 31 people and injured at least 270 at the Brussels Airport and a metro station. The individuals detained have not yet been identified, but officials say they are connected to a Frenchman arrested Thursday in the "advanced stages" of plotting a terror attack.
