Tillerson Again Refuses to Deny He Called Trump a ‘Moron’

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Sunday against refused to deny that he called President Trump a “moron,” as was reported by NBC News. “I’m not going to deal with that kind of petty stuff,” he said on CNN’s State of the Union. “This is a town that seems to relish gossip, rumor, innuendo—and they feed on it. They feed on one another in a very destructive way. I don’t work that way. I don’t deal that way. And I’m just not going to dignify the question. I call the president, ‘Mr. President.’” The alleged remark comes as questions swirl over Trump’s relationship with his secretary of state.
