Tornado Kills 13 in Mexico

A tornado tore through Ciudad Acuna, a border city in northern Mexico, early Monday leaving at least 13 dead in its wake. The twister struck around 6:40 a.m. leaving cars upended and at least one bus flipped and crumpled. Ciudad Acuna is a city of around 100,000 directly across the border from Del Rio, Texas. State officials have been sent to review the damage and address the disaster zone.
