Someone Is Paying Almost $4M for a Home in a Hamptons Trailer Park

Someone is plunking down $3.75 million for a trailer. Yes, it’s in the Hamptons. Yes, it overlooks the ocean. Yes, it has high-end finishes and super-wealthy neighbors. But, as the New York Post reports, it’s only 800 square feet and is, after all, a mobile home. The property is in Montauk Shores, where Vitaminwater co-founder Darius Bikoff and hedge-funder Dan Loeb also have a trailer. The buyer, who is in contract, was not identified.
