During a White House event with Apple CEO Tim Cook, President Trump mistakenly called the chief executive “Tim Apple.” During a Wednesday American Workforce Policy Advisory Board meeting at the White House State Dining Room, Trump thanked Mr. Cook. “We appreciate it very much, Tim Apple,” he said. The convening of the board, co-chaired by Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross and Ivanka Trump, was meant to show the administration's “commitment to workforce development and focus on working collaboratively” by bringing 25 heads of “leading companies, academics and elected leaders” to the table. According to Business Insider, Trump also mistakenly called Lockheed Martin's CEO “Marillyn Lockheed” at a previous event.
